**Summary**
An infrastructure manager ensures all the DBT Infrastructure systems that support business operations function efficiently. Additionally, the infrastructure manager will supervise a team of analysts and engineers who support and develop specific platforms and will concentrate on unifying communications, messaging and identity toward a seamless user experience. Provide assistance to Service Desk team as escalation point supporting ITIL model.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ People and team manager of team and responsibilities of its members
+ Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT Incidents
+ Server administration Windows and Linux deployment
+ Managing the Infrastructure incident support queues activities on a day to day operational basis.
