Infrastructure Engineer - Powering Europe’s AI Data Centres

About the Role

We’re hiring an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our data centre infrastructure.

This role sits within Infrastructure Operations and reports to the Infrastructure Operations Manager . You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams on infrastructure projects, capacity planning, infrastructure optimization, and customer support, while also supporting colleagues across other Nscale data centres as needed.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who combines strong technical depth with sound judgement, organization, and leadership. You’ll help maintain service availability, support rapid incident response, and drive long‑term operational improvements that matter to both our customers and the wider business.
