Proactively analyse KPI forecasts, leading indicators and predictors and risks of missing KPIs, and impact for applicable KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) Overall Project Schedule Analysis – the project schedules for Yonge North and/or Scarborough East Subway extensions supplied by the Construction Contractor (Dev Co) and other relevant Stakeholders and Third Parties and evaluating risk factors. Supporting project planning strategy and execution Analyse planned targets (set-up by various Parties) whether they are realistic and can be realistically met without compromising the quality of the project.
