The will remain the same for all levels of IT Technician, except for the Required Education and Experience and Additional Eligibility Requirements sections. Titles such as ‘Senior IT Technician will use this same but with elevated experience requirements.

OBJECTIVE

The role of the Information Technology Technician is to oversee the operations and development of any in-house operations software. This position will lead a team of developers, manage the workflow while being the point of contact and owner for all API builds.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

• Provide technical, desktop, network, and general infrastructure support to all general Cadex employees
• Diagnose and resolve problems and conflicts using root cause analysis
• Complete Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tasks for Cadex and respective clients
