Technical Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Information Technology (BSIT), or related engineering course
• Highly skilled in programming, with strong hands‑on experience in software development and code‑level implementation
• High‑level technical proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and design patterns
• Advanced systems analysis, code‑level review, and architectural planning skills
• Strong capability to handle and supervise a developer team through structured monitoring and progress metrics
