Information Technology Risk Manager

We are hiring a Senior IT Operational Risk & Controls Officer to support a global banking technology environment. This role will partner closely with Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Platform teams to strengthen IT controls, governance, and operational risk management.

Full-time onsite for the first 2 months, transitioning to 3 days onsite per week thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate IT controls across technology teams
• Support IT risk reporting, KRIs, incidents, audits, and regulatory initiatives
• Facilitate control testing, evidence collection, and remediation activities
• Maintain and enhance IT control frameworks, RCSAs, and governance processes
• Partner with technical teams to embed controls into operational workflows
• Drive process improvements, automation, and control efficiency initiatives
