About the Role
We are looking for a senior Managed IT Services professional to lead our service desk, IT operations, and client technology delivery. You will ensure high-quality service across multiple client environments, handle escalations, lead migrations, and maintain system stability.
This is a hands-on, senior-level role for someone who can own end-to-end IT service delivery and client satisfaction.
