Job Description:
The Scrum Master will lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives. The individual will partner with the Product Owner to manage backlog, prioritization, and sprint readiness, ensuring user stories are refined, groomed, and aligned to DoR/DoD. The Scrum Master will act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams, identifying and resolving impediments, risks, and dependencies proactively. They will drive Agile metrics, support UAT, defect triage, and release coordination, and ensure adherence to enterprise Agile, compliance, and DevOps practices. Coaching the team on Agile best practices and continuous improvement is also a key responsibility.
