Information Point Officer
Help us make a difference at our household waste recycling centre in Worthing.
HWRS Summer - 8:45am to 6.15pm
HWRS Winter - 8.45am to 4.15pm (Closed Thurs)
Salary: £13.42 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Serve the needs of the site operations in respect of operative services generally within (but not exclusive to) the following areas: picking and segregation of waste within the site and floor, cleaning of yard areas.
- Advise and assist centre users to maximise segregation and recycling.
- Redirect commercial customers and portray the best corporate image.
- Be the face of the site by being the first member of staff to interact with the public.
- Prevent commercial waste and non-compliant waste from entering the site.
