Level 3 ICT Apprentice
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated ICT Apprentice to join our ICT team at our Head Office in Tamworth B77. The role is full time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship. You'll work alongside experienced ICT professionals, supporting colleagues across our care services and offices while developing the technical and customer service skills needed for a successful career in IT.
You'll be involved in day-to-day IT support, setting up devices, maintaining IT equipment, assisting with Microsoft 365 administration and supporting ICT projects across the business.
