Informatica BDM Specialist: Big Data & Cloud Ops

Infosys is seeking a technical support specialist in Hyderabad to provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica BDM (Big Data Management) workflows. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot big data pipeline failures, manage job sessions, and provide Unix/Linux support for monitoring and troubleshooting.

The role demands proficiency in SQL for database management and support for the Hadoop ecosystem. Experience with AWS and basic Python scripting is preferred. The candidate should also participate in a 24/7 on-call support model.
