Description:Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Pipeline — End to End Build and maintain the influencer identification pipeline — systematic sourcing of Vedic astrologycreators across Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts. Focus: genuine Jyotish practitioners andeducators, not generic spiritual lifestyle accounts. Own all influencer outreach — personalised first contact, relationship building, negotiation ofcollaboration terms (performance-based UTM commission, not flat fees). Onboard new influencers — brief on the Vedic Gems brand, IGI certification story, contentguidelines, UTM link setup, and ASCI disclosure requirements. Issue content briefs for every campaign — specific stone, planet, Jyotish context, permitted andprohibited language (no outcome guarantees), mandatory ASCI disclosure in first line of caption. Review every piece of content before it goes live for sub-100K creators. Quarterly spot-check for100K+ creators. Track performance: attributed clicks, orders, conversion rate, and c...
