As the IPAC/Quality Manager, you will oversee the home's infection control strategies and compliance with healthcare regulations. Your role includes managing a team, training staff on best practices, and representing the home in health unit collaborations. Rigorous audits and active outbreak management will also be part of your leadership responsibilities, ensuring both resident and staff safety.
