As Infection Control Manager, you will report to the Executive Director and oversee the IPAC program in our long-term care facility. This role requires strong leadership in implementing infection control policies and engaging staff through quality education. Your efforts will directly impact resident outcomes and satisfaction through diligent management of infection prevention practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the IPAC program for the home • Lead the IPAC team and provide staff education • Conduct regular audits of IPAC practices • Analyze audit results and implement improvements • Participate in care conferences to address concerns
