About the team: The Global Accounts team plays a critical role in establishing and leading strategic partnerships between TikTok and the world's biggest advertisers and brands. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven and commercially-savvy leader who is able to anticipate the needs of the most advanced Global Accounts advertisers and the verticals they operate in. They will develop deep analysis, innovative marketing/media/commerce frameworks and measurable solutions to drive long-term growth of these advertisers. The right candidate must be a consultative thought‑leader with strong commercial acumen, helping high‑touch clients achieve their business and marketing objectives in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment. Cross‑functional collaboration with sales teams and XFN is a must to provide holistic solutions that cover product/platform, vertical and market‑level expertise.
