As an Industry Insights Associate Manager, you will lead in the development of the analytical activities of the Customer Success associates under your supervision, helping them understanding their business to analyze it, finding areas of strategic opportunity and insights to advise clients according to their needs and objectives, ensuring client satisfaction with effective and quality responses based on the solutions. Responsibilities
Lead & develop younger analytical and consulting talent.
Develop and align strategic plans for the most important clients to guarantee the generation of value and the effective delivery of services.
Plan and deploy strategies to get your direct reports to reach the client satisfaction and commercial lead KPIs.
