A client of Insight Global is looking for an Industrial Systems Engineer to work onsite in Spring Hill, TN.
General Job Duties
• Responsible for coordination and management of new program/product quotes and launches for Assembly operations at remote site.
• Designs and supervises installation of assembly process and equipment.
• Assists manufacturing in continuous process improvements and problem solving.
Specific Job Duties
• Develop manufacturing processes for new product/programs. (Specify assembly equipment, establish process flow, estimate labor requirements, develop work instructions, design and implement error proofing, etc.). Prepare quote and other customer required submissions.
• Establish production floor layouts that promote lean manufacturing concepts and effective usage of space.
• Coordinate department responsibilities for launches of new programs. Provide leadership and audit the process for manufacturing effectiveness a...
