Industrial Relations Manager – Strategy, Negotiations & Growth

BAT Pakistan is seeking an Industrial Relations Manager to lead and implement IR strategies, manage union relations and ensure labour-law compliance across the business.

Reporting to the Senior HRBP Operations & Leaf, the role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to guide management and CBAs, while driving productivity and employee welfare initiatives. Collaboration with HRBP teams and site leadership is essential.
