This role focuses on industrial pipefitting work alongside TIG welders for a leading industrial contractor in the Richmond region. You will work at a variety of industrial sites, supporting construction projects, plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and ongoing maintenance activities. The position involves installing, fitting, and supporting piping systems in demanding industrial environments while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, fit, and assemble industrial piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
+ Work closely with TIG welders to prepare, align, and support piping components for welding and final installation.
+ Interpret and follow industrial blueprints, drawings, and isometric sketches to plan and execute pipe runs and layouts.
