Overview

Industrial Performance & Continuous Improvement Leader. This position drives industrial performance improvements through the implementation of the principles and methods of Operational Excellence in a sustainable manner. The role manages the establishment of standards and fosters a culture of continuous improvement at Fergus to develop projects that increase productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the deployment of a continuous improvement roadmap for each unit in coordination with the plant manager.
• Implement, monitor/oversee, report, and review information and progress of improvement projects and procedures throughout the manufacturing operation to achieve and support plant objectives and established KPIs.
