As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

**What’s the Job?**
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems).
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as injection molding, thermoforming machines, and secondary equipment.
+ Install, adjust, and optimize equipment performance to minimize downtime.
