CGC Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our Wheatland plant. Utilize your mechanical skills to ensure efficient operation of equipment through maintenance and repairs.
This position requires a dedicated individual with at least 3 years of experience in maintenance mechanics. You will troubleshoot various systems, adhere to safety practices, and help foster teamwork within the plant. Your role will also involve employing Lean methodologies to enhance operations continually.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Engage in safety and housekeeping protocols
• Update appropriate LEAN metrics for improvement tracking
• Develop and maintain interdepartmental working relationships
