Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Role Summary

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for communicating and supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience. Will report to the Maintenance Leader and ensure that safety, quality of work, communications, teamwork, team development, and proper accountability are carried out effectively. Plans, schedules, and coordinates maintenance activities that include preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, special projects, and service work. This includes the plant property, utilities, offices, and all production line equipment.

Purchases necessary equipment for in‑house repairs and sources contractors when necessary for non‑routine tasks. Maintains the computerized maintenance management system for regulatory compliance, asset care and asset management. Monitors equipment performance for implementing corrective action plans and developing justification for future replacement projects.
