Take charge as an Assistant Maintenance Manager across three bustling facilities, ensuring efficient operations and quality maintenance work. This full-time opportunity focuses on optimizing repairs and minimizing downtime.
In this pivotal role, you will manage maintenance tasks while leading a dedicated team. Responsibilities include facilitating effective communication between departments, overseeing fleet operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your hands-on approach will be crucial to achieving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct maintenance staff in daily operations
• Manage mechanical repairs and fleet requirements
• Oversee Advanced Maintenance Management System completion
• Provide bi-monthly progress reports to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in industrial maintenance
• Completed Grade 12 education required
• Leadership skills essential
