Industrial IT Support Analyst: Factory Ops & Uptime

Carrier is seeking a Digital Factory Support Analyst to ensure stability and performance of CMES applications across manufacturing sites in Monterrey. You will be the first point of contact for factory users, handling incident resolution and contributing to knowledge management.

The role requires analytical skills, documentation experience, and strong English communication. You will work with ticketing tools, MS SharePoint, Word, and Visio, and contribute to continuous improvement and governance.
