Responsibilities:
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with Research and Development, Engineering, and technical subject matter experts to translate complex product-development processes into clear, learner-focused training solutions.
Present solution options to stakeholders and subject matter experts, recommending the most efficient approach to achieve learning objectives.
Effectively report to a direct line manager while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders in other departments to deliver aligned solutions.
Project Leadership & Execution
Lead each project from start to finish, including needs analysis, scope definition, instructional design, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
