Job Title: Industrial Engineering / Analytics Engineer (Manufacturing Systems & Modeling)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)

Role Summary:

This role focuses on building and managing advanced manufacturing analytics and industrial engineering models to improve capacity, efficiency, cost, and production performance. You will support data-driven decision-making across factory operations, ramp-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated IE models for capacity, labor, material flow, PFEP, and cost (COGS)
• Build capacity, labor, and OEE models; analyze bottlenecks, yield, and cycle times
• Support CAPEX decisions using ROI, IRR, NPV, and cost-benefit analysis
• Perform material flow, buffer/WIP, and layout planning analysis
• Create PFMEA, value stream maps, and process flow models
