Responsibilities
- Evaluate next Model Year Process Sheets to support Budget submission using AMPS and predetermined time analysis
- Review and implement Model Year changes
- Participate in WPI/OTP for future programs
- Improve productivity by eliminating waste and balance work loads
- Update AMPS 3 to maintain headcount, times, scroll, material usage and vehicle safety requirements
- Deliver by using AMPS the standardized documentation to the production areas: SWI
- Define standards for as required and non productive material. Standardize methods between teams and shifts
- Manpower control of current authorization and Update Productivity KPI's
- Overtime control and approval

- Plant Experience as Industrial Engineer, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence
