Job Description
Evaluate next Model Year Process Sheets to support Budget submission using AMPS and predetermined time analysis
Review and implement Model Year changes
Participate in WPI/OTP for future programs
Improve productivity by eliminating waste and balance work loads.
Update AMPS 3 to maintain headcount, times, scroll, material usage and vehicle safety requirements
Deliver by using AMPS the standardized documentation to the production areas: SWI
Define standards for as required and non productive material. Standardize methods between teams and shifts
Manpower control of current authorization and Update Productivity KPI's
Overtime control and approval.
Plant Experience as Industrial Engineer, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence.
Lean Manufacturing Predetermined Time Analysis: MTM-UAS or Modapts Office or Google apps. AutoCAD Solid Works Teamcenter
