Industrial Engineer - PMO

The Industrial Engineer plays a pivotal role in supporting the Center of Excellence project within the Aviation & Aero Engine MRO division. This position is responsible for designing and optimizing facility layouts, operational workflows, and workspace configurations that align with the centralized repair centre initiative. Working closely with the Project Manager and cross‑functional teams including operations, engineering, and facilities, the role ensures that operational requirements are effectively translated into efficient, safe, and productive environments. The Industrial Engineer contributes to process mapping, value stream analysis, capacity planning, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational readiness, quality, and efficiency throughout the repair centre.
