Job Description

• Industrial engineers develop metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
• Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
• Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods based on these studies.
• Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
• Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
• Perform a key role in the integration of new products, module run rate, and capacity analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure capacity requirements are correctly mapped according to the product roadmap, pace loading, and build plans.
