Implementing agile and waterfall project methodologies. Conduct project impact meetings with scorecards. Diagnose and solve bottlenecks in the projects. Business Process Improvement (KAIZEN): Implement kaizen principles to improve business processes. Act as an internal consultant/process expert for the various departments.
