The Industrial Engineer will support the Industrial Engineering Department by performing the following duties: •Responsible for the launch of new processes and equipment into NAFTA production and prototype facilities. 
•Assist production by providing necessary launch and continuous improvement support.
•Lower the cost of production by eliminating wastes in both manpower and materials. 
•Plan utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve efficiency of operations by performing the following duties. 
•Providing budgetary costing for quick customer discussions. 
•Create Bills of Materials and Routings in ERP system. 
•Responsible for the development, procurement, and implementation of tooling, gauging, and manufacturing equipment for new projects.
