INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER with FMCG/Abattoir OR Food Processing Industry experience - Essential * MUST have Minimum 5 Years' experience in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OR PROCESS OPTIMIZATION * Degree in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING or Related Field * May be required to work in COLD & REGULATED areas * Willing to Work Overtime, if and when required * Knowledge of LEAN MANUFACTURING PRINCIPLES * Able to Communicate in Afrikaans & English * Good/Fit Health DUTIES: * Develop & Implement Process Improvements to Optimize Production efficiency * Analyze Production Data & Identify Areas of Improvement * Design & Implement effective Manufacturing Processes * Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams to enhance overall Production Performances
