Industrial Engineer – Factory Optimization & Analytics

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive capacity planning, bottleneck analysis, and manufacturing readiness for high-volume semiconductor production.

You will build simulation models and partner with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Finance to justify CapEx and business cases. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in IE, strong analytical skills, and experience with MES and automation.
