Industrial Drafting Technician

Location: Drummondville (QC) | Duration: 6‑month contract | Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

About the role

The position holder is responsible for the design of floor plans and the updating of associated procedures, in line with evolving standards, design changes, the integration of new components, and weight variations related to chassis and products. They also contribute to developing solutions when discrepancies are found between customer needs and feasible configurations within prescribed limits. In case of disputes regarding the application of standards, they refer to engineering representatives, who are the only ones authorized to approve the final floor plan.
