Industrial Controller – Permanent Role Salary: €52,000 per annum Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid set up) Language: Spanish-speaking required We are recruiting for an Industrial Controller to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer on a permanent basis. This role sits within the Finance team and will focus on manufacturing cost control, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting operational decision-making across the production site. Key responsibilities: Manage and analyse manufacturing costs and production orders. Support monthly cost accounting close and reporting. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Calculate and validate costs for new products and processes. Maintain and review cost-related data, including BOMs, routings, yields, and master data. Partner with Operations and Plant teams to improve cost visibility and profitability. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial/manufacturing cost controlling.
