Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- To maintain accurate details for major key and important dates to boost productivity and provide excellent service to customers.
- Consistently demonstrates strong cross-departmental collaboration to build synergy and rapport for projects and all the orders;
- To process incoming PO with accuracy and timeliness
- To update and maintain database (SAP)
- To handle series of coordination activities for the sales team
- To provide an accurate monthly forecast and develop weekly, monthly sales reports and any general report as and when required
- To follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
- To provide administrative support to sales team.
- To perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Effective strong communication skills both orally and written
