INDIGENOUS CULTURE AND LANGUAGE RESEARCHER – 1 YEAR CONTRACT
Position: Indigenous Culture and Language Researcher for the Indigenous Languages and Cultural Program, focusing on building culturally relevant, land‑based methods to develop materials and lead immersive learning for all ages in the Child Care Centre (0–4).
Salary: $45.27 per hour (pending education & experience).
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
Location: Child Care Centre, 7 Shinkgwauk Street, Garden River First Nation, ON.
What you will do:
- Prepare and execute a language plan.
- Develop vision, values, goals, strategies, actions, and indicators over a six‑month period.
