Key Deliverables: Understand and implement Visual Merchandising (VM) standards across the entire store layout. Ensure that all key campaigns are launched to the highest standard as per the guided brief. Take and share images with the National Visual Merchandising Manager for approval. Continuously review and improve in-store standards, revise layouts to better fit customer needs, and highlight concerns that could affect the customer experience. Focus on improving trade densities as guided by Head Office through various highlighted projects. Ensure all marketing collateral and materials are safely stored in the stockroom. Oversee the implementation of the weekly store brief. Greet and engage every customer entering the store. Promote and sell products. Demonstrate key products.
