In-Store Experience & Sales Leader

Boot Barn is seeking a proactive Key Holder to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and support the store leadership in achieving sales goals. This role emphasizes product knowledge, customer service, POS accuracy, and merchandising standards while contributing to team development and daily operations.
