In-Store Experience Leader & Team Builder

Cape Union Mart Group is seeking a Store Manager in Bethlehem, Free State, to drive key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will manage all aspects of the store, maximizing turnover, minimizing shrinkage, and leading talent selection and team development.
