JOB GOALS 岗位目标
1. 根据技术要求，判断零件是否合格
2. 确定零件质量等级或零件缺陷的损坏程度，为质量改进提供依据
3. 搜集质量数据，并对数据进行统计归类，为质量分析提供依据
4. 保留检验记录，为质量问题追溯提供依据
5. 支持新产品工作
JOB DUTIES 岗位职责
1. 根据质量标准，对供应商提供的原材料进行入库前检验，及库存物料异常情况检查
2. 创建检验记录，及时出具检验报告，维护SAP系统检验信息
3. 对于供应商或QE提供的改善措施进行跟踪检查
4. 协助在质量工程师并领导内部质量认证工作和ISO9000、45001、CQMS等认证工作
5. 管理检验区域的5S及安全
6. 根据检验工艺和检验清单实施产品检查
