JD:

Support and extend IBM Sterling OMS (v10) modules, including Inventory, Supply Collaboration, and Reverse Logistics.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new features end-to-end.

Build microservices-based architectures integrated with event-driven systems, APIs, and streaming platforms.

Configure and optimize Sterling components - agents, queues, participant models, and database extensions.

Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and code reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance.

Champion DevOps best practices for proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.

Strong Java/J2EE development skills (4+ years), with solid expertise in SQL, Oracle, XML, and XSLT.

Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS v10 and related architecture.
