In-Office Growth Associate - Build a Unicorn Startup

AdalFi in Lahore is seeking a proactive Growth Specialist to join as a founding member of the Growth Team. You will own retention and acquisition campaigns, test new channels, and collaborate with partners to unlock growth and user activation.

You will work directly with the Head of Growth to identify opportunities, influence product development, and translate user insights into compelling collateral. This role requires in-person presence at our Lahore office and a hands-on, fast‑moving mindset.
