Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an In-House Solicitor. You will manage airline passenger compensation claims under EU Regulation 261/2004 (EC261) and UK261, including preparing, issuing, and conducting court proceedings.

Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, advising on litigation strategy, ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), managing disputes with airlines, and providing legal support across the business.
