Job Description
Shape the future of M&A at Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) as In-House Counsel. Engage in a dynamic role where legal expertise meets business strategy, particularly focusing on acquisitions.
We seek a motivated lawyer with 2–3 years' experience in transaction advisory to join the E360S team. You will collaborate with senior executives, overseeing M&A transactions across Canada and the US. A bilingual candidate is highly preferred to facilitate communication in Québec's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee acquisitions from initiation to completion
• Develop and negotiate asset and share purchases
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence across sectors
• Identify and manage transaction risks effectively
• Assist with post-transaction obligations and contracts
Requirements:
• J.D. or LL.B. from an accredited institution
• Good standing member of Ontario's legal society
• Relevant M&A experience of 2–3 years
