Role and Responsibilities
As the In-House Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work closely with the Company's operating units to understand the business and associated challenges, opportunities, and risks.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure proper document control, project issues, and client relationships.
