About the role
We're hiring an in-house content producer to own end-to-end video creation for one single brand account (pet food). You'll shoot, light, edit, color grade, and build repeatable content series that look premium and consistent with our brand language.
This role is for someone who's equal parts technical (camera + post workflow) and taste-level (aesthetic, pacing, composition, storytelling).
What you'll do
Plan and produce high-quality social content (IG Reels / TikTok / Shorts) from concept → shoot → edit → grade → final exports
Build and maintain content series formats (recurring hooks, structure, visual identity, templates)
Shoot product + pet content: handheld, tripod, simple studio setups, lifestyle, UGC-style but elevated
Handle lighting + audio basics (clean, consistent, repeatable setups)
Edit with strong pacing and retention (hooks, pattern breaks, captions, sound design)
Color grade to match brand look (skin tones, whites, product color ...
