We are hiring an experienced In-House Architect & Project Manager to lead the design coordination and execution of new restaurant openings and refurbishments.

The role oversees projects from site handover to launch, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with brand and operational standards. You will coordinate architects, engineers (MEP & structural), contractors, landlords, and internal teams while maintaining quality, compliance, and cost control.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

-7–10+ years’ experience in architectural design and project delivery

-Strong experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or F&B fit-outs

-Solid understanding of MEP and construction coordination

-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
